Techno Alam Indah is being associated with East ECERDC since first quarter of 2018, and we were engaged to refurb their existing STP and NPS at Gebeng, Pekan & Pasir Mas Halal Park.

We have refurbished an abandoned STP (9000PE) (6500PE0 & NPS (2700PE) and manage to power up both plants within 6 days. We have extended our expertise in various areas such as M&E and the process understanding.

Furthermore, we have completed 4km of CCTV inspection and jetting works for their partial network sewer line. We have constructed pre-cast manholes and open excavation to replace damage sewer pipe (HDPE)

We are engaged continuously for to handover their plant and network to IWK/MAJAARI for the submission of PDC 8.

Techno Alam Indah is being associated with Jaks Resources Berhad since 2016, and we were their rectification specialized contractor for mechanical and electrical equipment’s at their various construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant.

Project of dismantling of existing equipment’s and desludging works at KLR 342 and KLR 301 located at Taman Batu Muda, Jinjang under Centralized Sewerage Treatment Plant (CSTP) which was overseen and funded by the client of Jaks Resources Berhad which was Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembentugan Malaysia (JPP).

There were 100 over equipment’s to be dismantled for both plants and 4500m3 to be desludged from all the tanks. The project has to be completed within a time frame of 3 weeks and we were able to complete within 17 days including of handing over and joint inspection with Jaks Resources and JPP.

To lay force-main pipe from KLR 301 to KLR 342 approximately 1.2km distance.
